At The Pool Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
