Standard shipping for pool kits typically takes 7-14 business days. Due to the size and weight of these items, they are shipped via freight carrier and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
What is your return policy on pool liners and chemicals?
Unopened pool liners and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and regulatory reasons, chemical products cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse.

While we do not provide direct installation services, we maintain a directory of authorized third-party installers. Most of our pool kits are also designed with the DIY homeowner in mind and include comprehensive instruction manuals.
